I have had my car serviced at Jim Wilson's shop for several years. If i have called with an emergency, Jim immediately responds. I trust his completely. He is honest and explains what needs to be done when it needs to be done. I had a visit from my sister from Ct. and her car needed extensive service. Jim responded right away and made room in his schedule to fix the problem well. When my sister brought the bill to her mechanic, he commented on the caliber of the work and the honesty of the invoice. I feel lucky to have found such a great mechanic.

I had seen Wilson's in Upton but never considered using them - not for any reason but he no real need. I came into contact with Wilson's on a small project: flat tire. The gentleman that took care of me was courteous and quick and they barely charged me anything for the repair. A short time later I had a fairly significant issue with my "kids car". Jim, the Owner, was very attentive and provide great advice on what to do. Jim first did a stem to stern inspection. He then made suggestions on the immediate repair (and provided a quote) and potential repair schedule to anticipate in the future. The repair was again done timely and at a fair cost. I highly recommend Jim's company.

Jim and his staff at Wilson's have been very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable ever since I've been bringing my vehicles there for service. They were able to schedule my A/C service on short notice recently.
